I am so delighted with the flower arrangement and the service provided by Bloom and Leaf. First, I was pleasantly surprised on the morning of the delivery, they sent me a picture of the arrangement. The flowers were beautiful as is but if I had wanted to change something, I could have. The service was amazing. The delivery person had issues with getting into a gated community. He tried to call me several times and he sent me a text but unfortunately, I didn't see the messages. The driver hung in there and was able to finally get in. The flowers are beautiful and the service awesome. ---- Florist's Response: We are delighted that you love the arrangement. Community gates can be a problem. It's always best to include the gate code in the special instructions. We were lucky that it was time for school to be getting out, so we just waited for the gate to open.
