Ordered this for an ailing friend. No one was home when it was delivered, so she called me to ask what to do with it...didn't want to leave it without checking...that's great customer service! Also, she sent a picture of her arrangement, and it looked exactly like the picture! I'll definitely use Bloom and Leaf again...highly recommended.
